Your situation is bad now. You should stop work now and have the good rest now. Your eyes may get infection because of invisible bacterium which is so small. You need to use some eye drops to moisture the eyes. At the same time, you could use the warm compress to make your eyes get comfortable and relieve the pain. You could have a try.

First of all, you can take some painkillers when it hurt too much for you to stand. Painkillers can alleviate your pain. You can also try ice cool compress. Secondly, you need to find out what is wrong with your eyes. Eye pain could be a sign of many different diseases. Try to get all the symptoms together and find out the problem. Find some home remedy or take over the counter medicine. Lastly, the final one you can ask for help is a doctor when it hurts so much for a long time and won't disappear itself.

I suggest you to go to see your doctor. Or if the pain was caused by your overworking, you can go to see your doctor to buy some anti-inflammatoryand anti-oxidation patches, which can release your pain and protect your corneas. They are effective to cure itchy, sore and swelling eyes. And vitamin has a close relation with eye disease and poor sight. People who use their eyes too much need much necessarily vitamin and minerals. It is important to supply vitamin needed by the eyes to protect eyes, prevent eye injuries and raise eyesight. In order to reduce eyestrain, we should balance diet and nutrition. And we should eat plenty of fruits, leafy vegetables, coarse cereals, potato and beans which are high in protein, vitamin and cellulose.
