Well, as a matter of fact, I believe that nobody would likly to suffer from corneal abrasion, but sometimes it is just a fact of life. Anyway,as far as I know, corneal abrasion would give rise to a decreased vision and may even lead to some infections. And if the abrasion happened on the pupil, the problem becomes very serious and complicated. Anyway, you should consult a doctor and take effective treatment.

Well, yes, corneal abrasion is kind of dangerous to many people, for it can also lead to some serious eye diseases, such as the pink eyes, even dry eyes. But in my opinion, it is not possible to have blindness because of corneal abrasion. So you do not need to be worried about it. By the way, to treat it, you can just have some eye drops in a long term, it can relieve the situation. Also, putting some eye bags under your eyes will be effective too, for corneal abrasion can be caused by eye infection. Anyway, just be careful about it.
