  It seems that your subconjunctival hemorrhage has led to your dry eyes, because such eye injuries would cause the decrease in tears which keep your eyes moist from time to time. Yes of course, such dry eyes, if you do not take some timely measures, would give rise to subconjunctival hemorrhage again. My advice for you is to consult a doctor and do not stay and do nothing.

  Don't worry, i'll show you something. A study which is created by eHealthMe based on reports from FDA and user community shows that among 3,404 Dry eyes patients, regardless of which drug or any drug is taken, only 1 (0.03%) has Subconjunctival Hemorrhage. In most individuals with dry eye, the main symptom will be discomfort with no permanent damage occurring, just very few patients with dry eye may develop complications. Take my advice, go and get the eye drops and use lots of artificial tears to moisten your eyes, you will recover very soon.
