Well, eczema is actually very annoying and so there are many people who suffer from it. As we know that when you get Eczema around your eyes, it can causes red, itchy and inflamed patches, and then it may swell. Especially, when eczema occurs on the eyelids or the area around the eyes, rubbing and scratching can lead to potentially serious infections. So you should avoid rubbing. To get rid of it, you can apply cool compresses to your eye area to relieve discomfort and itching, and also it can reduce swelling. Remember that you should use a small towel with cool water and apply it to your eyes for 15 to 20 minutes as needed. Doing this for several times, it can be effective. Also, allergy testing to uncover any allergic triggers for your eczema is a good way too. If an allergy to a specific substance is determined, your doctor can prescribe allergy medication to ease your symptoms. So you may need to go and have a testing.

The skin of the eyelid is thin, once eczema breaks out, epidermis cells are obviously hydroncus, hence manifesting the red and swollen symptom. Causes of eczema are complicated, which are metamorphosis response to the interaction of the inner causes and external causes. The metamorphosis response is anaphylaxis. Eczema in special position is usually caused by pathognomonic environment or locality stimulation. To get eczema out of the eyes, you should first of all find out the anaphylactogen which is likely give rise to it. The external stimulations include rays of the sun, ultraviolet rays, cosmetics, animal fur, some plants, screen radiation, etc. The internal factors include agitation, psychentonia, the stomach and intestine disorder, ahypnosis, etc. Get away from the anaphylactogen. Take orally the antithistamine medicines, bear in mind that do not treat with hormones medicines because they may relieve the symptom for a while but not permanently, and they will make the situation worse.

Don't be worried about it. In your daily life, you should be gentle with your eyelid, wash it gently with cool water. After washing, you can apply a small dab of pure moisturizer on your eyes. What's more, you can use a warm used teabag on the eyelid to smooth it. The skin will gradually heal itself. If it doesn't work, you need to see a doctor who specialty in skin diseases.
