Can crying cause subconjunctival hemorrhage?

  What cause the subconjunctival hemorrhage? There mainly has three reasons, please find follows, 1. Partial slight injury: e.g. rub your eyes with strength because of the allergic conjunctivitis or dry eyes. Suspend breath by constipation, parturition, weight lift; or severe cough. 2. High blood pressure, diabetes mellitus or cardiovascular disease especially happen in the aging people. 3. Acute conjunctivitis. The crying itself will not cause subconjunctival hemorrhage, unless you use hand to rub your eyes when you crying. Or cough when you crying. It is not a serious disease that it would be healed by itself for one to two weeks. Eye drops and vitamin C supplement will help to heal it. Avoid rubbing eyes to induce angiorrhexis of your eyes blood. Take care!

  Yes, crying can cause subconjunvtival hemorrhage. When you cry too much, it will cause high blood pressure and leads to subconjunvtival hemorrhage. Or if when you cry and you rub your eyes roughly, it can easily break the small blood vessel in subconjunvitival and result in subconjunvtival hemorrhage. But you don't need to worry too much because subconjunctival hemorrhage can treat itself within two weeks. But if you feel your eye irritated or itchy, you should see a doctor.

  Well, generally speaking, crying too much can not lead to subconjunctival hemorrhage. So there is nothing you need worry about. But you also need know something more about subconjunctival hemorrhage. As we know that a subconjunctival hemorrhage is similar to an ordinary bruise on the skin and it's like a bruise of the eye. It usually appears as a single, concentrated spot of red, or many scattered red splotches, on the white of the eye. Also, we can not say the causes clearly. But some injury to the eyes can lead to them. In addition, sometimes they occur after a bout of coughing or vomiting. High pressure is also an essential factor. So you should pay attention to them. Anyway, just be careful about it.
