How to protect your eyes while playing games ?

I like to play computer games. But my father said it is bad to eyes. So, how to protect my eyes when i play games?

    Well, playing games is quite relaxing and entertaining, I like it too. So, you should know that our eyes would be harmed if we play games too much. However, there are some ways to reduce the harm and risk. For example, you should take some breaks from time to time. Get some eye exercise after playing. Also, try to get adequate sleep and get some eye drops if necessary.
