Yes, of course eye strain can cause headache. As you have said that you are watching the computer for a long time the whole day. So it is easy for you to have eye strains. Also, you should know that there are long term effects of eye strains. For example, it can put stress on the eye muscles and the facial and scalp muscles, causing pain and headache. And what is worse, it can lead to making your vision become worse. And finally, you have to wear glasses. So to relieve your symptoms, you should pay more attention to your eyes. For example, you can drop some eye drops on your eyes. Besides, controlling the time you use eyes and the good position and lighting are also essential.

Yes, eyes strain can cause headaches. At first, you should understand that eye stain is caused by the contraction of muscle of your eyes. When you spend a significant about of time using your computer, it will make your eyes exhausted, so you will get eyes strain. The contraction of muscle of your eyes can cause headache as well. So when you have eye stain, it will cause your head hurt too. I suggest you to close your eyes to have a break one or two hours after using computer. Also radiation from computer does great harm to our eyes. You can put a cactus around your computer and drink green tea to reduce influence of radiation. Or you can turn down the screen intensity and this will protect your eyes as well.

Well, it seems that you have to live with your computer every day. So, as far as I know, overuse of eyes will give rise to a lot of consequences, headache is one of them, because headache is resulted from eye strain as well as overwork. My advice for you is to pay more attention, work less but more efficiently. I sincerely hope you can recover from your headache in no time.
