Are bitter gourd good for eye health?

I know bitter gourd is good for our health especially in summer. I wonder if the bitter gourd is good for our eyes health?

Bitter gourd can be used for treat hypertension, eye complications, neuritis and defective metabolism of carbohydrates etc. So, taking bitter gourd properly is a healthy life style.
