You can buy a pair of polarized sunglass. I often wear a pair of polarized sunglasses when I am playing baseball with my friends in the outside. polarized sunglasses can filter glare for my eyes so I can see the things clearly. The hash sunlight won't interfere with my playing. Hope this helped too!

Regular prescription glasses can help correct your vision problems while they can't filter glare and block harmful UV rays for your eyes.
