  You shall make yourself relax, try to release yourself from stress in your daily life. Besides, caffeine is another factor that may cause eye Twitching. So, you shall limit caffeine. Use wear compresses to the twitching eye and gently massage the eyelid with your fingers. And have good rest and sleep everyday will also help to stop eye twiching. But if your eye twitching last for long time than a few days, you'd better visit doctor to see what's really going on of your eyes.

  First of all, you should find out the cause of the eye twitching. And then take special treatment for your eye twitching. If your eye twitching is caused by lack of sleep, you should go to have a enough rest to help stop eye twitching. If it is caused by eye fatigue, you should take regular breaks while working on a computer and get plenty of sleep. Warm compresses can help relieve from eye twitching, too.
