What is the maximum power that lasik surgery can correct?

I have -12.00 in both eyes and I wonder if lasik surgery can correct my vision very well. What is the maximum power that lasik surgery can correct?

    The maximum power is about -10,00 If you have -12.00 power, maybe you can try phakic lens implant that can correct up to -17.00. Of course, you can still choose for wearing prescription glasses - the most effective way to help you see clear.

    The maximum power that lasik surgery can correct is usually around -10. Since your prescription is -12.00, you may need glasses or contact lenses again even if you have got lasik surgery.
