  It can be the eyestrain. Try to rest your eyes and increase the number of flashes to improve ocular lubrication when reading. Choose appropriate reading glasses and see if it can get better .

  I suggest you to have your eyesight checked by an eye doctor first. Reading glasses can be helpful for those who have presbyopia. I have myopia. I can't see the letters on the computer screens clearly. So I bought a pair of computer glasses. They can help me to see letters clearly.

  I suggest you to buy a pair of computer glasses. But you need to have a prescription first. computer glasses are different from reading glasses. computer glasses are designed to help those computer workers or those who often using computers for a long time. They can filter glare from the computer screens and block computer reflections.

  Maybe you need a pair of reading glasses or computer glasses. reading glasses can help people to view the things at nearby clearly. But they can't prevent our eyes from the reflections and glare of computer screens. And reading glasses are always used by senior citizens who have presbyopia. I think you may need a pair of computer glasses other than a pair of reading glasses at this time.

  Ha-ha, I think maybe you are just a little nervous when you are doing the exercise. Every time when I am going to have an exam in school, I would feel very nervous. So the letters on the exam paper will turn blurry and I can't figure out what the whole sentence means because letters to me were simple black ink stacked. But this won't happen when I am quite relaxed.
