Can I still wear contacts if I have blood shot eyes?

When I woke up this morning, I found there is a little redness in my eyes. But I have a lacrosse game later today, can I still wear contacts?

    You'd better not, your eyes need rest. Don't wear them until the redness disappears.

    To be good to your eyes, you shall give up contact lenses. In fact, wearing contacts will do harm to our cornea. Again, you have blood shot eyes that means your eyes are not in the good conditions. So you shall not wear contacts in case your eyes will be infected or lead to more serious eye diseases. If you want to play lacrosse game, you buy special made prescription sports glasses for vision aids.
