  Yes, the cold in the eyes may be contagious if it is developed into pink eyes. However if it is in the previous state, it will not be contagious. You need to have a good rest which will be so important for your recovery of the healthy eyes. You should also eat some food with vitamin C which will be beneficial for your eyes.

  It is already confirmed that eye cold is contagious. Most times, an eye cold is caused by an acute viral infection, and as we all know that most viruses are highly contagious and can be transmitted through direct contact, sharing towels and toiletries, or drinking from the same glass as an infected person. Children and old are the highest risk of infecting eye colds because their immune systems are not as well to combat viruses. See a doctor at once if you infect it.

  Well, yes, cold in the eyes can be contagious, so when you get it, just be careful about it. Generally speaking, an eye cold is a type of acute viral infection. And in common, if cold in the eyes occurs, your eyes will have redness, itching, and tearing. And because of these, cold in the eyes can be contagious. For the treatments, a warm or cold compress can be ok. By repeating it, it will be effective to reducing redness and swelling. By the way, sometimes, pink eyes, which are contagious, can be possible because of cold in the eyes. So just pay more attention to it.
