Why is there black dots moving around my eyes after cataract surgery?

It becomes more noticeable when I am in the bright white room. Why?

    What you have got is floaters symptom which you have already got before you have cataract surgery. After you got the cataract surgery, the eyesight is improved and the floater symptom is much more obvious. However, it won't affect the eysight.

    The black dots may be floaters.You may have it before the surgery but you can't see them cuz the cataract block it.After the surgery you can see better,so the floaters become more noticeable.
