What's the best way to treat eye allergies?

I have itchy eyes and eyelids. Sometimes i can't even touch them. I already use Refresh Tears eye drops. But is there anyone who can give me some other better suggestions?

First you should go to your doctor to find the substance which cause your allergies and try to avoid them. You can use the chilled eye drops which can relieve your symptom. Just keep a bottle of artificial tears that the doctor recommend for you in the refrigerator. After you use the cold eye drops several times a day, you will feel much better. Acoording to the clinical studies, some prescriptive allergy eye drops, such as olopatadine hydrochloride (Pataday/Patanol, Alcon) eye drops have better effect for some patients.
