When should I sleep before an eye exam in the morning?

  The sleep time will not have effect on your test result ,but having a sound sleep is good for your eyes and your health . If you stay up too late , you will have bloodshot eyes and dark circles in the morning .

  It won't make a difference no matter when you go to sleep. Follow your regular schedule.

  It seems that when to sleep is nothing to do with the eye exam result.However, I still suggest you's better to have a good sleep to keep you healthy.
