How much does insurance usually pay for eyeglass frames and lenses?

Im buying glasses soon and i have HealthNet insurance and want to know if the lenses are fully covered and how much they pay for the frames?

    The best way is to go to your policy website to find out what is covered. Most places give about a 25% discount up front , then you should send your receipts off for further reimbursement. You also can ask the optician about the insurance.
