  I used to buy pond's cucumber eye pads in Watsons. It has good effect on puffiness, dark circles under eyes. But later I heard that pond's had discontinued this kind of product. So now I don't know where to buy pond's cucumber eye pads. If you know where to buy it in the end, please tell us. But I think you can use other eye pads for instead. Good luck!
