Dear friend, I think the best way to get rid of dark circles under your eyes is to have good sleep in every night. Lacking of sleep can be the most common cause for dark circles under eyes. But I can also give you some suggestions to treat with your dark circles under eyes. You can use tea bags to reduce dark circles and under eye wrinkles, what you need to do is just put wet tea bag on your closed eyes for fifteen minutes. But the chilled tea bag is much better for the coldness of the tea bags will increase circulation around eyes, so i suggest you to put the tea bags in the refrigerator for half an hour before using them. It is also said that the tannin in the tea bag is good for puffiness too. Hope this helped!

I heard that some kind of materials will cause dark circles under our eyes. So if you are sensitive to some materials you must be careful when choosing a pair of glasses. Usually many people wear a pair of sunglasses when they are in the outside to protect their eyes from the damage of UV rays. And we also wear computer glasses to block out the reflections and glares of the computer screens. We can reduce the strains on our eyes.

There are many possible causes for dark circles under our eyes. If you want to treat with your dark circles, you may need to find out the causes. Dark circles can be caused by a blocked nose. Stress and anxiety will affect our sleeping in the night and further cause dark circles. Nasal congestion may bring us dark circles too. How about drink plenty of water every day? Though water cannot reduce dark circles under our eyes, water can increase the circulation of the blood and promote water retention. Meantime, we should stay away from drinks such as coffee or alcohol because they may dehydrate our body. You can make a saline solution to treat with your nasal congestion. You can also use an under-eye cream to rejuvenate the skins under our eyes. And put on some concealer to cover your dark circles for a moment. But you must wash your face thoroughly before going to sleep if you use makeup.

I often apply raw, chilled cucumbers to treat with my dark circles. Usually I will apply chilled cucumber slices on my eyes for 10-15 minutes every night before going to sleep. Chilled cucumber slices can help with darkness under the eyes and puffy eyes. They are a home remedy for wrinkles under eyes too. But I suggest you to change the slices when you feel the water in the slices is evaporate. Many people will put just one piece of cucumber slice on her eyes for 10 minutes. I think she can't achieve a good result in this way. We must change the slices as soon as needed. You can have a try!

Guy, you can use ice cubes to reduce your dark circles. The coolness will make your eyes feel more comfortable. And the cold water into your eyes can lubricate your eyes at the same time. Everybody can find ice cubes in their refrigerators. And ice cubes are very convenient to get and also very cheap compared with cosmetics. And it is also a quick fix to swelling and puffy eyes.

Dear friend, I heard that chilled potato slices have the same effect as chilled cucumber slices do in reducing dark circles and puffy eyes. The facts show that the enzymes in the potatoes can reduce dark circles under our eyes and swelling and puffy eyes. It is a natural remedy to soothe irritated eyes. But I think it will take you some time to remove darkness under your eyes for you have them for almost two years. Once my friend suggest me to use a mixture of potato, sea salt (if you don't have, you can use salt for instead) and yogurt to reduce dark circles under your eyes. I suggest trying this every day and persisting on doing this for one month. And you also need to catch up enough sleep at the same time. Hope you will get rid of dark circles.

Dear friend, I doubt that whether your dark circles are caused by genes. I heard that the people who inherit thin or fair skin under their eyes are easy to get obvious dark circles due to the slow circulation of blood under their eyes from lack of sleep. Fragile capillaries of these people are easy to stretch and leak. You and your aunt both have this kind of problem, so I strongly suggest you to form a healthy sleeping circle and habit to avoid dark circles.

My sister and my friend's mum have heavy dark circles too. They are both night owls. My sister has tried many ways to reduce her dark circles, but she give up before seeing and apparent effect. As to my friend's mum, I think her dark circles are also caused by age. When we get older, our skins will lose collagen and become thinner. As a result, the veins will show through more apparently. I think the cosmetics can help with dark circles especially to those senior citizens. You can have a try too.

Seasonal allergies and UV rays may lead to dark circles under our eyes. If you are allergic to something, you need to find out allergens and avoid them in future. Processed grains, pasteurized milk from hormone-treated cows, fruits and veggies with residual pesticides are the most common allergens to many people nowadays. And some commercial beauty products such as mascaras or under-eye creams can be allergens too. Dark circles also can be caused by a kidney infection. If you have skin rash, fever, or difficulty breathing at the same time, you may need to consult your doctor immediately.

I think the dark circles of your aunt are caused by age. Ronald Gold once suggests use to use Elite Serum (a kind of anti-aging eye treatment) to reduce dark circles under the eyes. Lumen Vitamin C Eye Serum contains a combination of lingonberry and cloudberry can eliminate dark circles too. The delicate skin around eyes needs a gentle and relaxing massage. If we persist on using these products every day, we can achieve a good result.

If you are a heavy smoker or drinker, I think you may need to stay away from cigarettes and alcohol. Smoking can make our blood vessels appear more prominent and bluer. And smoking the night will affect our sleeping. I think cigarettes and alcohol can excite us. We will feel difficult to fall into sleep when we take too much of them and this will affect our sleep circle in the end and cause heavy dark circles. Meantime, we need to get adequate vitamins for vitamins can assist sleep. We also should keep a healthy and balanced diet to provide our eyes with enough nutrients.

Dark circles can be a sign of stress and fatigue. A full night of shut-eye isn't enough to erase those dark circles. Usually I apply tea bags to treat with dark circles under my eyes. Green tea bag and herbal tea bags such as chamomile tea bags are a good choice in reducing dark circles and they can also relieve puffiness. What you need to do is just moisten two tea bags in cold water and refrigerate them. Then you can place them on your closed eyes for 25-30 minutes. After doing this, you can wash your eyes and face with cold water and then apply some rose water under your eyes to helps clear dark circle. You can sit down to relax yourself for an hour.

Hi guys I want to build a website like Peaches and Screams UK and I wanted to get your perspective of whether that site is good from the users' perspective before I go ahead and build something similar. I think that the design of the site is very modern and nice but I am not sure how people would react to a similar site? I look forward to your feedback. Many thanks!
