I think you can get a pair of contacts lenses in any eyeglasses shops. Though you can see things more clearly through wearing them, it may affect your eyesight badly, because you are just the weak prescription. So I think you’d better not wear the contacts. If you do really care about your eyes, you can improve your eyesight by doing this: hold the tip of a pen an arm's length away, then, slowly bring the tip in close until you lose the focus. Then stare at it for about 2 seconds before bringing it out. Repeat this as many times as you like every day.
