  It is normal to suffered from dry eyes while wearing contact lenses. To keep your eyes moist, you can apply eye drops. There is a type of eye drops that are available for people wearing contact lenses. Besides, you shall take enough water. If you are often suffered from dry eyes, you can choose high water content contact lenses. They are specially made for people with dry eyes.

  Dryness can be a common problem that bought by contacts. You can apply artificial tears to relieve your dry eye. Doctor suggests that we should drink at least 8 cups of water every day. But few of us just do that daily. When we are suffering from dry eye, drink plenty of water can help lubricate our eyes. And you can take off your contacts when you don't need to use them. I strongly suggest you to reduce the time. Usually we won't wear contacts more than 8 hours a day.
