  We not provide the service of replacing lenses. But if you want to new eyeglasses, we can provide you free eyeglasses. You just need pay for the shipping and get eyeglasses free.   Replacing lenses is not as easy as a piece of cake. So we don't replace in most cases unless the problem was caused by us.

  As I know that firmoo does not offer lenses replacement service. However, they offer first pair free programe, you may have a try if you are a new customer to firmoo.
