  Yes, you can use manuka honey to help your dry eyes, it really works. Actually it is highly recommended to reduce dry eyes. It can smooth your eyes. You can use a tinge of honey with pure ghee before going to bed and you need to make sure you use good quality honey. Do this every day!

  Manuka honey has lots of utilities, such as resisting the bacterium, curing skin ulcer, comforting stomach, etc. And basically, it's a kind of honey, so manuka honey has the moisture usage. If you insist on putting it in your daily meal, your immune system can be better. Then you won't get dry eyes so easily. If you want to cure dry eyes immediately, you'd better use eye drops.
