You could do something through the good habit of using your eyes and your healthy diet to improve your vision in one week. You should not use the computer for a long time. You should also eat more food with vitamin C to moisture your eyes. You could often look forward through the windows to adjust your eye sight. The good rest is always important.

Generally speaking ,it is not possible to get your eyesight back to normal level in such a short time as one week, except that you take a lasik eye surgery. If you take a lasik eye surgery ,then maybe the next day your vision can recover to normal and not feel poor eyesight any more. But before you take the lasik surgery, you have to go to the hospital and take a series of examinations first, so as to make sure that you are suitable to take the surgery. If you do not want to take a lasik surgery, then it might be difficult to improve your vision in only one week, instead, you should persist in doing much eye care for a very long time. For example, you should not overuse your eyes without any rest; take a break every hour to watch distant objects or do some exercises; apply some eye drops to reduce the fatigue and dry conditions of the eyes. Take in more vitamins and proteins that are good for the eyes.

Well, of course, there are many ways in daily life which you can just have a try to improve your eyesight. But on the other hand, you need to know that not all the ways can be very effective. And some people who have poor vision cannot change it anymore. Of course, you can just have a try. For example, you can just eat more vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc which are very good for eyesight. Also, antioxidants, including beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin, can protect the macula from sun damage. So you can just get these antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. By the way, you should know that foods rich in sulfur, cysteine, and lecithin help protect the lens of your eye from cataract formation. Anyway, just have a try.
