It is possible that glaucoma can cause night blindness. People with glaucoma will experience an increased eye pressure, which can cause night blindness. The medications used in treating glaucoma can also cause night blindness, for some kinds of the medications constrict the pupil. Glaucoma has many side effects on eyes.
