Is there such a thing as "computer glasses"? Do computer glasses help?

I don't wear glasses (well I don't need them), but my eyes do bother me when I use the computer (I use the computer at work and I take online classes, so I use the computer a lot). Is there such a thing as glasses I can wear only for when I use the computer?

yes,of course Actually ,computer glasses have been on the market for years .Usually you don't realize them until you need them. Computer eyeglasses are made specially for working on the computer . They are quite different from the regular glasses .the regular glasses you wear donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t really provide the accurate vision correction for the distances typical in computer work. In order to see clearly, many resort to the methods of leaning toward the screen or looking down through the bottom part of their lenses. Such mis-position in working usually lead to eyestrain, dry eyes, headaches and blurred visions. With computer glasses, because the powers are particularly adjusted for the computer vision distances, there is no need to adjust the sitting position in order to see.
