Yes, it is true that ice cubes will work well to your puffy eyes. The cold compress will make your blood around the eyes goes well which will make your puffy eyes release for a while. If you have the puffy eyes, you could have a try on this. You should at the same time have the good rest for the eyes. You should keep the healthy diet every day to protect the eyes.

Well, yes, ice cubes can just be used to treat puffy eyes. Generally speaking, eye puffiness is a type of fluid build-up, which is also known as dropsy in the tissues around your eyes. According to some experts, the skin of the eyelids is the thinnest in the body, so when your eyes suffer from puffy eyes, it will just look like swelling underneath the lids or discoloration. At this moment, you can just apply some ice cubes with a clean, soft cloth. And just put them on your eyes. After several times, it will relieve your situation. Also, cool tea bags can be used too. By the way, overconsumption of salt, allergies or infections can cause inflammation and swelling, and finally lead to puffiness on your eyes too.

Well, puffy eyes suck as it makes us seem tired and ill. Ice cubes can helps because it irritates the tiny vessels around the eyes and causes vasoconstriction to get rid of the eyes vessels expanding which is attributed to the blocked blood circulation under our eyes. As a result, we can relieve the puffy eyes. However, I do not think it is a good choice because ice-cold stuff will hurt the skin, which is directly in contact with the ice cubes. There are still some safety ways. Some gently massage using your middle finger to press skin around the eyebrow actually works. Besides, the mint leaves, the cold spoon, cool tea bags, and potatoes or cucumbers slices are of benefit. By the way, the best way to recover bright and sparkling eyes is to have a good rest.
