How do you know if you have strained eyes?

I see some people online complained that they get strained eyes easily. So, i just want to know what the symptoms of strained eyes? How do you judge that you got strained eyes?

    It is absolutely easy for a man to have strained eyes during their lifetime. As a matter of fact, strained eyes is primarily resulted from fatigue, exposure of eyes to books or screens, lack of sleep, bad use of eyes, etc. So you really have to take care of your eyes by avoid those causes. If you start to feel tired eyes, or difficult to work or have some hurt feelings, then you might have got an strained eye.

    Most people complain they get strained eyes through surfing Internet, driving cars or watching TV for long time. Eye strain is basically the straining of an eye muscle. If you have any eye discomfort, you can call it eye strain. Usually, when you get straien eyes you will feel soreness of the eyes, mild tearing or dryness, blurring of vision, soreness of the back of the neck, doubling of vision, light sensitivity, difficulty focusing on images, tightness of the temples or back of the head, or combinations of all of these. Especially, headache is the most common symptom of straiened eyes, you should take a rest when you feel those symptoms to reduce bad condition. You can do a lot of eye exercises that you can perform to relax your eyes. And you should make the room is not too dark for watching TV. Our eyes are so important for our body, so, we must prevent our eyes from strained eyes. Good luck.
