  Sore throat is a symptom of the upper respiratory tract inflection. Red eyes are caused by conjunctival congestion. The upper respiratory tract inflection can lead to conjunctival congestion. Therefore, pink eyes may lead to sore throat on the other hand. Pink eye is a kind of contagious eye disease. It can be caused by exposing to bacteria, virus, allergy and mold and the spreading of inflammation of the nearby tissue. To cure sore throat, you may first treat the source of disease, pink eyes. First of all, people who get pink eyes should quarantine themselves from others and do not use other people's towl and stuff like that, because pink eyes is a kind of contagious disease. To treat pink eye, people need to use some Antibiotic Ointment and eye drops. If the problem is rather serious, oral antibiotic may be taken. Besides, they should wash hands frequently and do not rub their eyes with hands.

  Yes, the pink eye which is caused by the contagious character will affect the sore throat because of the interlinked nerves in the throat and eyes. You'd better have the good rest for the eyes. You could also use the eyes drops with anti-inflammation to make your eyes feel comfortable and get rid of the invisible bacterium.
