It wouldn't make any difference whether have eye exam in the morning or evening if you are nearsighted. But it makes difference if you are farsighted. For your farsightedness would be stronger in the morning but weaker in the afternoon. Every time before have your eyes checked, you should take off your eyeglasses or contact lenses to have a rest for a while in order to ensure you a more accurate prescription.

Having an eye exam in the morning or evening won't affect your accurate prescription if you are neasighted but will affect the farsighted people. Usually farsighted people will get a stronger prescription in the morning than in the afternoon.

Of course it won't make any difference. The prescription won't change no matter your eyes are tired, relaxed or strained.

You may see better in the morning but the prescription will not change if you have eye exam in the evening.
