Exercises can not fix nearsightedness or farsightedness which mainly caused by the shape of the eye and the shape of the cornea. Nearsighted people have the oblong shape of the eye which inhibits the proper convergence of light against the retina, which cause blurred vision of distant images. In addition, the cornea of the eye has too much curvature. Eye exercises takes a long time and great patience to prevent the eyes from eye strain and keep eyes healthy.

Dude, eye exercise can't help improve your eyesight. But eye exercise is good for your eyes too. Eye exercise can help relieve eye fatigue. You can massage the muscles around your eyes gently to relieve the strained muscles around your eyes.

Eye exercises will not make your eyes worse. They can help relieve eye fatigue. But you should wash your hands carefully before doing any eye exercises. And you also should massage your eyes gently. I don't know which kind of eye exercise is better. But I heard that Bate's vision therapy can help a little while it is a little expensive. You can consult your eye doctors for appropriate suggestions. Good luck!
