Is tea bags good for pink eye?

  Actually, tea bag is not only good to reduce puffy eyes and dark circles under eyes, but also has a great effect on healing pink eye. Black tea bag is the most ideal one. Steep a black tea bag in warm water, and then place it over the infected eye for about 30 minutes. Repeat this home treatment every few hours to get rid of pink eye faster. That because tea bag contains high fatty acids which is easy to get rid of swellings and can help with reducing eye pain, eye irritation. Pink eye is due to bacteria and virtues infection. That is, stay at home and do not go to outside. The public is the best place to get bacteria and worsen your condition. You also can drop some basic eye drops to reduce redness and eye irritation.   Well, from what I know, tea bags is mainly used to relieve eye strain or stress, fatigue, etc, which has little thing to do with pink eyes which is an eye infection. Pink eyes, generally speaking, has to be treated through medical measures. So it would be wise for you to consult a doctor and stop wasting your eyes. Also, try not to rub your eyes and prevent your problem from transmitting to other people.

  Yes, tea bags covered on the surface of the eyes will make your eyes get released and become comfortable. You need to have the good rest, using eye drops with anti-inflammation to get rid of the coming bacterium. You could also use the warm compress to make your pink eyes get released. You should eat more food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes.
