  Hello, dry eyes is a condition that fewer tears or a lower quality of the tears being produced. The last can be short if it is well treated, but if left untreated, it can be very long and it can cause damage to the eye, even losing vision due to corneal scarring that occurs when the eye lid repeatedly closes included. You need to see your doctor if your dry eye are severe, so that you can get medical treatment, such as eye drops or even surgery. Just do it and good luck!
