I'm afraid not. To get rid of blepharitis, one should attach great importance to the lid margin hygiene. Apply warm compresses over the eyelids three times a day, five to ten minutes a time, to help loosen the crustiness that builds up at the base of the eyelashes and the debris clogging the oil glands. And then use a cotton applicator stick soaked with baby shampoo to cleanse the eyelids gently. And apply some antibiotic ointment over the affected area. Massage the eyelids works as well. In the treatment phase, discontinue the use of the contact lenses and eye makeup.

Well, I have to tell you that, there is no evidence which can show that crying does a help to blephariti. And generally speaking, common symptoms include itching and burning of the eyelid margins and conjunctival irritation with lacrimation, photosensitivity, and foreign body sensation. And when t occurs, you should avoid touching eyes unless hands are clean. Also, you can put a damp, warm washcloth held over the a few times a day. That can be called as warm compresses. In this way, it can help relieve swelling, itching and redness. Of course, there are also some specific treatments including antimicrobials.
