  Bags under the eye is a common phenomenon that affect the women and men today, even the young ladies or boys. This becomes more noticeable and it often present 20 or 30 years old. Except the aging, allergies, sun exposure and malnutrition, dry eyes is also the reason which can lead to your bags, especially you always wear your contact lenses. Your bags under your eye will get worse if you often wear it. Therefore, take off your contact lenses as soon as possible. Surely, medical treatments, changing your sleep position, getting enough sleep, eating healthy diet and so on will be useful.
