  No, you should not drive after lasik surgery. It is necessary to have someone else to drive you home and wear a pair of quality sunglasses which can protect the eyes from the sunlight.

  The first few hours after lasik surgery, your eyes are quite sensitive to the light and may have blurry vision. So it is quite dangerous to drive by yourself. It is better to ask your friend drive for you.
