Yes, you can get eye pain because of sleep apnea. Besides eye pain, the common symptoms and complications of sleep apanea can include breathing difficulty, insomnia, headache and stress. What's more, sleep apnea can make your eyes strained and cause some other eye disorders. And eye pain is usually linked to high blood pressure, glaucoma, osteoporosis as well as depression. Sleep apnea can cause lots of problem, such as pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, respiratory failure, hypertension, arrhythmia, etc. It's really dangerous for people who have sleep apnea, because they can easily pass away while sleeping. It may also effect our eyes, because our eyes almost stop working at that period which they have to be functioned. Dry eyes, eye strain, red eyes are always associated with sleep apnea.

Nowadays more and more people have a strong awareness of keeping health and seeking good ways to preserve one's health. I think it's a good phenomena. Well, let's talk about eye pain and sleep apnea. Eye pain, also called sore eyes, which is due to injury and some other eye problems. There is no doubt that black eyes are the most common factor which causes eye pain. Next dry eyes, red eyes and pink eyes are all causes of eye pain. But do you know sleep apnea is easy to cause eye disorders? Sleep is sometimes called shut-eye, and good quality sleep is important sleep. Sleep disorders can cause much health problems. That's because during your sleeping time the blood pressure will change minutes by minutes. If you have something problems in sleeping, the blood pressure spikes to high levels. And these changes in blood pressure and oxygen are believed to cause a number of health issues, including eye conditions. In my views, you'd better go to see a doctor to determine the real reasons that cause eye pain in that the causes are so complex.
