Is omega 3 good for blepharitis?

    Omega 3 is really good for the patients get blepharitis. It's been reported that omega 3 have a beneficial effect on bleharitis, especially for the blepharitis treatment. In some cases of blepharitis treatment, eye doctor recommend that nutritional supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids, such as flaxseed oil.     Omega 3 can improve our eyesight, make our head smarter, etc. Most of the fish oil or cod liver oil contain omega 3. So, intaking more fish oil or cod liver oil can make our eyes healthier. Blepharitis is caused by infection, you won't get blepharitis that easy if you intake omega 3 for a long time, because it provide us the mechanism to prevent bacterium. But, it can't used as remedy, so you need ointment or artificial tears immediately.
