Sorry to hear that. That's right the chlorine in the swimming pool can be harmful for your eyes and it can cause blurry eyes and make your eyes hurt and appear red. To get rid of the chlorine out of your eyes, you can rinse your eyes with plain water for 10 to 15 minutes. Anyhow, it will not be very serious, so after doing this, just wait and your eyes will recover.

Well, it is easy for your eye to have this situation after you do not have glasses when going to swim. To get rid of chlorine, you should take a pair of goggles and then face down. Then, you need to fill the eye-lenses with milk. Lower your head and eyes into the goggles. And then remember to pick your head up, tilt it back, and open your eyes, allowing the milk to buffer and dilute the chemical imbalance, or it will hurt your eyes. By the way, a piece of soft cloth should be used. Anyway, you can just have a try.

You should wear the goggles during the swimming which could protect your eyes from the eyes infection. The red eyes may let you feel uncomfortable. You could use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to get rid of the chlorine in swimming pool. You could also do the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable.
