You'd better not drive after blepharoplasty which will be bad for your eyes and affect the recovery of your eyes. Usually you will get the basic recovery after a month. Now you could wait for about three months of full recovery and drive. After the surgery, you'd better eat more food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes. You should not smoke or drink which may stimulate your eyes.

Well, in the first two weeks after the surgery, you should not have driving. In common, after the surgery, your eyes need to take some time for them to recover. And if you have driving, your eyes have to be focused on the point in a long time, and that will lead to eye strain. In that way, it will just affect your eyes, leading to sore eyes or dry eyes. And it will also slow down the recovery process. To protect your eyes, you should take some measures to avoid the infection. For example, you should remember not sleep on the side of the operated eye for the first night. Also, do not get water into your eyes, when having a shower.

After the surgery, the nylon sutures in each upper eyelid will be removed in a week. You will have blurred vision at beginning, but you will restore eyesight gradually, and for the following days, you should avoid doing heavy exercise, and you should avoid drive until your eyes completely recover. Take it easy, and hope you recover soon.
