Is blocked tear duct infection contagious?

  I can see that you are quite concerned about the problem with eyes. So far, what I know, blocked tear ducts is a kind of disease that occurs on your tear ducts which could make your eyes watery all day long without stop. And generally speaking, blocked tear ducts could not be infectious and transmit to other people. However, the patient should still keep his eyes clean and try to avoid letting others to touch his stuff.

  Hello, as far as I know, blocked tear ducts is a condition in which the nasolacrimal duct that drains tears and blocked tear duct infection usually occurred in children. Fortunately, it is not contagious.When the child get this kind of infection, use some eye drops in the beginning to control the condition and then you can go to see the doctor and have a good treatment.
