Do women blink more often than men?

  Yes, the rate of the blinking eyes of women is twice as that of men because of the mechanical structure in the body and the control center of the brain. The average rate of adult's blinking eyes is every 2 seconds to 10 seconds. But for a baby, she or he will only blink one or two times a minute. The frequency of blinking eyes is mainly caused by the brain control center which will be affected by fatigue degree and the influence of the disease. When you are tired and feel not uncomfortable because of the body problem, you will feel that blinking eyes will make you feel comfortable which will have the role of moisture the eyes, cleaning the eyes and protecting the corneal. However, blinking too many times a second will make you increase the burden and have a bad mood.

  Well, it seems that you are quite interested in that particular phenomenon. So, as far as I know, there are simply no evidence for that assumption, because I believe nobody are stupid enough to experiment with his whole life right? Maybe it is just a false assumption that is supposed to attract the eyes of people. Of course it is unknown, I believe nobody could prove it .

  Yes, you are right that the women blink more than men. According to the survey, the women blink twice than men. At the same time, because the level of Estrogen from women is higher than men, the women blink more than men. As we all know, Estrogen, a hormone, stimulates the production of lubricants all over our body, including our eyes. Besides, we all know that many women would like to use some pills or cosmetic, which will have some hormone, and then the women like them will blink even more frequently -- up to 32 percent more often -- than other women. If you found that some women do not blink more than men, which mean that the internal secretion is disordered, and you should go to hospital.
