Well, yes, menopause can cause bloodshot eyes. As we know that menopause is a natural biological process for women. People with menopause may suffer some eye problems, such as dry eyes. But on the other hand, there are some other common symptoms of menopause, such as breast cancer, stress and anxiety, high blood pressure. So when you have high blood pressures, it is likely to get bloodshot eyes. That is why you get bloodshot eyes, when you have menopause. For your situation, I think you can use cold ice to cool your eyes. And then just go and see and eye doctor and take an eye exam. Also, treating the menopause is also essential.

Yes, it is true that menopause can cause the bloodshot eyes. Once you are in the menopause period, the dryness of the eyes is the main symptom which will cause the bloodshot in the eyes. If you want to cure the bloodshot in the eyes, you'd better have the good rest for the eyes. You could also use the eye drops to release the symptom and eat more food with vitamin A and C.

Well, it seems that you have entered the age of menopause. So, during this period of time, you are likely to suffer bloodshot eyes, this is perhaps resulted from eye high pressure, or high blood pressure, and more often, it is due to menepause syndrome. So, you should consult a doctor and help yourself through having a healthy diet and keep exercising on a regular basis.
