No, you'd better not. You should ask someone else to drive for you. And your treatment should be quick. After the retinal detachment, your another eyes will have very weak vision. You should not use the eyes in strength. You should let them close before you get to the hospital. And you should avoid the strong lights which may directly shine into your eyes.

I suggest you not drive right now. You'd better ask your families or friends or anyone else to take you to a hospital. Retina detachment is a serious conditions. You need get your eyes treated. Or it will cause blindness. And if you drive yourself in this condition, it will increase other risks to you such as car accident etc.

No, in your case, you should not do that. Retinal detachment occurs when the thin lining at the back of your eye called the retina begins to pull away from the blood vessels that supply it with oxygen and nutrients. If you have a retinal detachment, it could affect your ability to drive due to you could not have a clear vision, thus you cannot see any object in front of you when you are driving. It is too dangerous for you to do that, the best way is you should ask one person to drive you to hospital to treat retinal detachment.

Of course, you should not drive by yourself. Maybe you should ask somebody else to drive for you to the hospital as soon as possible. As we know that retinal detachment is a kind of diseases which is very dangerous to have. And they can be caused by many factors, such as the eye pressures, and injury. Anyway you should take the retinal detachment surgery quickly. Also, it is important for you to be careful after the surgery, for your eyes are sensitive and fragile. For example, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective shield at night and with naps until you are advised by your doctor.
