There is no direct link between high blood pressure and dark circles. High blood pressure isn't a factor which leads to dark circles. Symptoms of high blood pressure mainly include: dizziness, headache, tinnitus, insomnia, fatigue, irritability, unable to concentrate and some kidney disease. While dark circles are mainly caused by genetic factors, sleep deprivation or incorrect habits and customs.

High blood pressure can cause various side effects. The most possible one is red eyes, but as far as we know, we have not heard that it can cause dark circles. However high blood pressure is also a dangerous illness so in daily life please try to be careful enough. Except eye problem, there are many other side effects.
