Actually not, the myopia is a common vision problem, when the light comes, it would focus in the front of the retina instead of directly focus on the retina. So the myopia can see the nearby object clearly, but the far away object is blurry. The age range of myopia is teenagers normally, that is to say, the eye vision wouldn't be stable until 20 years. When you are aging, the myopia wouldn't improve as your wrinkle.

It can be different from people to people. For most people, myopia can stabilizes at the age of 18 or 20. Nearsightedness does not improve as you get older but it usually doesn't get much worse. If you are still a child, it is normal for your eyeglasses to become thicker and thicker if you don't protect your eyes very well. Bad visual habits like reading too much in dim light, playing computer too long and incorrect posture when reading can all cause your vision worsen.

Theoretically, myopia will be better when you are older. Myopia is this kind of vision problem that the eyeballs get to protrude, and the images presented are in front of the retina. But when we are getting old, our eyes will be presbyopia, presbyopia means the images will be presented in back of the retina. So, they can cancel out the prescription in some degree. But this is happen on the condition that people suffered from myopia protect their eyes before getting old. So, the most important thing is protect your eyes in daily life, and you can enjoy the days when you are old.

The answer is not. Because myopia occurred largely due to the eye before and after the shaft is too long, followed by a strong eye refractive power. After a person is more than 40 years old, these conditions will be developed in the opposite direction. Lens hardening, less elastic, the ciliary muscle contraction and reduced ability to to Erzhi adjust the loss, eye front and rear axles shorter, and the near point distalization presbyopia. When one comes to 60-year-old, the condition will fixed. Therefore, the degree of myopia is no longer increasing. So people have a 60 sixtieth (vision) to the juvenile argument. In a conclusion, you don't need to worry about your myopia become worse when your are older.
