  Hand eye coordination describable the ability of the vision system to coordinate the information received through the eyes to control. Some people also called it eye-hand coordination, which use the eyes to direct attention and hands to execute task. And hand eye coordination is a genetic trait. Also, hand eye coordination can be effected by environmental factors.

  Yes,it is said to be genetic.Of course we also can't exclude some other factors because there r also some other environmental reasons such as aging.However,since u already got this,I think the only thing u can do is to try more exercise to have ur hand eye coordination to get better.U might as well try some eye guided hand movements or some hand guided saccades,both of which can be very useful and helpful to u.
