How long can i resume normal exercise after retinal detachment?

  It usually takes two months to ensure the retina has been successfully treated. Then, you still need few weeks to recovery your eyes till your doctors told you can join some physical activities that you can resume normal exercise. As we know, retinal detachment is a condition that the back of the retina separates from the underlying layers of the eyeball. And surgery is the most common treatment. But you must be limited to some physical activities during the surgical procedure and recovery periods.

  It takes up to two months. The retinal detachment is your retina separates from the underlying layers of the eyeball. Most retinal detachments happen when a tear or hole in the retina fluids to leak between the retinal layers, so that the retina would be detached. And the rhegmatogenous is the most common type of retinal detachment. Normally, doing a surgery can be treated the retinal detachment. You had better not to do any sports during two months to recovery.

  You really care a lot about your eyes. Let's see, normally, you need to have a good rest, stay away from TVs, cellphones or any thing like that. What you need to do is to consult your eye doctor who gave you the medical care and fellow his instructions. Generally speaking, you have to wait at least two months for your to so some exercise after retinal detachment
