What can I do to adjust my eyeglass frames squeezing my head?

My glasses are tight and are squeezing my head that make me feel very uncomfortable. What can I do? Help!

    You shall wash your hands first. If your glasses framed are made of plastic, It will be easy to handle it. Just grasp the frames with both hands and hold the frame with one hand in the are where the lens meets the arm on one side while gently pressing your thumb into the middle of the opposite arms. Then, repeat it until you fill the eyeglasses frames is wide enough for you to wear.
